Combine 1 oz. of RumHaven with 2 oz. pineapple juice, and top it off with sparkling wine.

Pomegranate Sour
Combine 1.5 oz. of King St. Vodka, ¼ oz. Cointreau, 2 oz. of fresh pomegranate, ½ oz. of lemon juice, ½ oz. of pineapple juice, and ½ oz. of brown sugar syrup (Demerara). Shake in a mixing tin with orange slices.
Pour into tumbler over fresh ice. Garnish with dehydrated oranges/ pomegranate seeds

Mattina (Morning)
Blend 1 ½ oz. Cotton & Reid All Spice Dram, 1 oz. of Disaronno, ¾ oz. of orange juice, ½ oz. of grade A maple amber syrup, and 1 whole egg and shake. Strain into a coupe and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg dust.

Grasshopper
Shake a glass filled with 1 oz. of green crème de menthe, 1 oz. of white crème de cacao,1/4 oz. of Branca Menta, and 1.5 oz. heavy cream. Double strain and garnish with grated Valrhona chocolate.

Shake 2 oz. of Convite Mezcal Esencial, 2 oz. of passionfruit nectar, ¾ oz. of light agave syrup, and 1 dash of green habanero sauce with ice. Strain into glass over ice. Sprinkle ground salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh mint.

Garden Party
Add 2 oz. You and Yours Distilling Sunday Gin, 1 oz. blanc vermouth, ¾ oz. lemon juice, ⅓ oz. lime juice, and ⅓ oz. agave nectar to co*cktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 to 12 seconds until shaker is frosted.
Dump ingredients of shaker into rocks glass, ice included. Garnish with lemon wedges, strawberry, tomato slices, edible flowers, or anything else from the garden that will look great.

Combine 1½ oz. tequila, ¾ oz. lime juice, ¾ oz. simple syrup, ¾ oz. cucumber juice, and 5 or 6 mint leaves in a co*cktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber and mint.

Rose Petal Vodka
Add 2 c. of rose petals to an ice tray and cover halfway with distilled water. Freeze for a few hours. Remove the half-frozen ice cubes from the freezer and fill the remaining with distilled water. This will allow your roses to be in the center of your ice cubes. Freeze overnight and add, along with 2–3 organic roses, to your favorite beverages, such as 2 oz. vodka or tequila.

MacNamara Rose
Muddle 2 slices of cucumber. Then, stir 2 oz. Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey, ¾ oz. Lillet Rosé, ½ oz. Aperol, and 1 light pinch Kosher salt. Double-strain into a co*cktail glass. Garnish with skewered cucumber ribbon and 1 drop rose water.

Arlo Collins
Combine 1½ oz. Hendrick’s Gin, ¾ oz. lime juice, ¾ oz. cucumber juice, and ¾ thyme syrup in a co*cktail shaker with ice. Shake for 5 seconds and strain into a highball glass. Top with 3 oz. club soda, fresh ice, and a thyme garnish.

Love Potion
In a co*cktail shaker, combine 3 oz. gin, 1 oz. elderflower liquor, and 1 oz. lime juice. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Then, add rose-petal ice cubes to an empty co*cktail glass. Strain co*cktail mixture onto the ice. Top with 6 oz. rose champagne and enjoy.

Cherry Gimlet
Muddle 1 cherry with simple syrup in the bottom of a co*cktail. Fill tin two-thirds full of ice, add 2 oz. You and Yours Distilling Sunday Gin, ¼ oz. Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao, ¼ oz. simple syrup, and 1 oz. lime juice. Shake for 10 to 12 seconds until frost forms on the outside of the tin.
Pour, using fine strainer to remove cherry pieces, into a martini or coupe glass, and garnish with additional bing cherry and lime wheel.

Add 3 oz. Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso, 2 oz. Aperol, and 1 oz. soda water in a white wine or balloon glass over ice. Enjoy with an orange slice.

Effen Raspberry Rosé Spritz
Add 1 part Effen rosé vodka, 3 parts sparkling wine, ½ part lemon juice, and ½ part simple syrup into a co*cktail shaker. Muddle 6 raspberries or add ½ oz. raspberry liquor to shaker. Strain over ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel and raspberries.
